He took a little child whom he placed among them. Taking the child in his arms, he said to them, “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.” -Mark 9:36-37
Who We Are
Mark 9 Project exists to provide support and wrap-around care for foster, adoptive, and kinship care families in the Kentucky and Southern Indiana area.
There are more than 8,000 children displaced from their homes in Kentucky alone.
We know that caring for children that have been displaced, whether you are a foster home, have adopted your placement, are a kinship care home, or a fictive kin care provider, can be challenging and difficult at times. We are here for all of you, all of the time.

Our Vision
For every foster/adoptive/kinship care family to feel seen, heard, understood, and loved.
Our Mission
To come alongside you in your journey wherever you may be, partner with you, and provide wrap-around support for you and your family.
